Shipping + Returns
Non-personalized card orders usually ship within one business day of the original receipt of the order. During our peak holiday season from October through December, non-personalized orders usually ship within two business days of receipt of the original order.
Personalized card / personalized envelope orders usually ship within two business days of receipt of your online order with confirmed online set-up; mail or email orders usually ship within two business days of receipt of your approval of the proof sent by our Print Department. During our peak holiday season from October through December, personalized orders usually ship within 3 to 5 business days.
Unless otherwise requested, orders from the 48 contiguous United States ship via UPS Ground Standard Delivery. Shipping and Handling rates will be computed for website and telephone orders based on current UPS rate charges to your delivery address plus a handling fee. Shipping and Handling Rates for mail or email orders are $9.50 for 25-100 cards; $12.50 for 101-200 cards; $15.50 for 201-300 cards; $18.50 for 301-400 cards; $21.50 for 401-500 cards and orders of over 500 cards will be calculated using UPS RealTime Shipping Rates. Foil envelope seals are not included in quantities for pricing breakpoints or shipping charges.
Please provide a physical business address for delivery of your order; UPS will not deliver to PO Boxes. Also, UPS deliveries to residential addresses may experience delays. Orders from Alaska and Hawaii are shipped via USPS Priority Mail.
We regret that we will not accept orders from outside of the United States due to the high cost of shipping and handling international orders. Orders from Puerto Rico will be accepted and shipped via UPS Air with actual shipping charges. Orders from Canada will be accepted and shipped via UPS Ground with actual shipping charges. The customer will be responsible for any duties, tarrifs, or taxes due.
All non-personalized orders, and their timely delivery, come with our 100% satisfaction guarantee. Should you have concerns or questions about your order, please contact us within ten business days of receipt of delivery. After that time requests for changes and/or corrections to your order may not be allowed.
Please note that all personalized orders are final - please carefully check all spelling, spacing and punctuation in your personalized text on the on-line proof when ordering via our website, or on the sample proof sent from our Print Department for mail, e-mail and telephone orders. Once you have approved a proof for printing, we regret that your order cannot be changed or returned.
